2. Monthly ISR: what was already paid this month (optional)
🔒 Calculated in your browser. Your XML files are not sent or stored.
How it is calculated
- From the XML
- Start date, daily salary (wage 001 ÷ days paid) and SDI from the latest Nómina 1.2 pay slip.
- Items
- Unpaid days, pro rata aguinaldo and vacation, vacation premium, seniority premium (art. 162 LFT) and 90-day and 20-days-per-year severance depending on the termination type.
- ISR
- Three methods: art. 174 of the Regulations (recommended); monthly art. 96 adding what was paid this month and subtracting ISR already withheld (with this month's XMLs); and the monthly table on the settlement only. Severance has a 90 UMA per year exemption.
